It is a division of people serving people, from new child infants to individuals requiring health providers to our most aged residents. These challenges influence the ability of states to ascertain and preserve early intervention packages utilizing Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal reflects HHS’ efforts to enhance the quality of early childhood training for low-income children. All three key measures provide unique and necessary features of boosting the quality of early childhood packages and providers. This area of labor has been a Priority Goal for each of the previous Priority Goal iterations. Previously the work was limited to the Administration for Children and Families programs; HHS intends to keep the same overarching Priority Goal, with its emphasis on improving high quality, but add a second Key Indicator for ACF’s Head Start program centered on rising the p.c of lecturers with a BA.
